This offering comes from a cooperative of mostly indigenous owned farms who intercrop coffee with shade trees, bananas, corn, and beans.  We found it great for espresso as well as pour overs.  Expect marshmallow sweetness, a buttery body, and citrus character.  Look for subtle hints of pistachio, cherry, and caramel.
