This offering comes from Miss Birtukan who runs a single 2.5 hectar farm in the Yirgacheffe district of the Gedeo Zone.  Through a partnership with a women run processing station, we were able to bring you a truly single origin delight.  Expect sweetness on the pallet with undertones of aromatic florals.
