Colombia - Viejo Caldas Decaf

This lot comes from the Viejo Caldas region of Colombia.  It was decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate process via low pressure steam followed by a soak in the EA solution - that comes from sugarcane - which removes up to 97% of the caffeine. Expect a fruity / nutty / chocolate flavors while limiting your caffeine intake.
