Colombia - 3x Galaxy Pink Bourbon

This offering recently landed from Edwin Norena of Finca Campo Hermosa.  It was transformed by 3 anerobic fermentations which included a whole cherry stage and also a stage with Hops.  Yes, the same fragrant flower used in brewing beer! 

Hints of Bubble Gum, Cherry, and Raspberry Jam. Oh my!
